Caretaking for Caretakers
Are you feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, perfectionism, or self doubt?
Do you feel numb following childbirth or pregnancy loss, unfulfilled as a parent, or burned-out as a helping professional or empath?
I support people to heal from attachment wounds and trauma, navigate grief and loss, and soothe anxiety and depression.
Caretaking isn’t easy, and often isn’t what you expected. You don’t have to walk this path alone. With support, you can reclaim your authentic self, find joy, and thrive.

All of you is welcome here.
I believe love is love, black and brown lives matter, queer, non-binary, and trans rights are human rights, neurodiverse and disabled people matter, and health can exist at every size. I respect and hold space for families and relationships that come in many diverse constellations, and I practice using social justice, reproductive justice, body liberation, decolonizing, and gender expansive lenses.
I respectfully acknowledge that the land on which I work, live, and practice is the traditional ancestral and unceded lands of the Piscataway and the Susquehannock tribes.
“We recognize that the original tribes have been joined through the northern migration by the Lumbee and the Cherokee.
We recognize the model they provide for wisdom and caring communities based on mutual respect, reciprocity, and reverence for the land, water, and all relations.
We, too, honor Mother Earth, from which all life springs, worthy of our caring stewardship.” – MICA
